Hilary Constable
Hilary Constable

Hilary has been working in the HR field since 2001. That’s how she has honed a natural passion for lean processes that free people to do the work that really matters. With a curious mind and genuine interest in how HR impacts the business, she learned a lot - from how to make a genuine Krispy Kreme doughnut to how to drive a Volvo motor grader. Her work has taken her around the world and into four different industries. Hilary has earned three Lean Six Sigma certificates from Villanova University, as well as the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute and a degree in Psychology. You can learn more about her at www.constablehr.com/about.
